Hey all,
It's literally been years since I've posted anything in the review forum.
So here goes, Perpetuate's last song ever, "Defy You."
Tracked with real drums (except kick) real vocals, and NO FUCKING AUTOTUNE ANYWHERE. I took a stand and uninstalled my pitch correction. I realized that absolutely none of my favorite records have any autotune on them at all. So, out it goes. Hearing people sing is what makes music interesting. That's my opinion, anyway. I'm sick of hearing pitch correction ruin good songs.
Anyway, now that that little rant is out of the way, here it is... it's only a soundcloud player, so sorry for the low-rez... It's the only copy I have permission to share, so no hi-rez player on my site.

If anyone has heard this band before, I'm sure they'll realize just how far the singer has come in terms of power. Her voice isn't for everyone, but I'm proud of just how much effort she put into learning a new vocal style.
If you go on this page and check out the "Chrysalis" single, which was done back in 2009, it's a shocking difference.
