My car speakers blew within a week of owning my car, I never replaced them. Just can't listen to really loud stuff anymore, but that's okay. Sunn O))) and Electric Wizard sound like Jiffypop in my car, haha.

I blew one of my Polk Audio satellite speakers. I can't replace these. My only hope is a repair shop that can do high-end re-coning (or whatever it's really called), at least I think that's the case.

they would ... they probably tonally match with your center too ... it's the R series ...

lurch, would these NOT serve as simply L and R speakers (i.e. 2 of the 5 channels)? I don't want them to interfere with the center channel or rear surrounds

just check that the impedance matches

yeah ... just use them to replace your 2 L/R speakers ... they wire straight into your receiver no?

they are shielded too, so you can place them next your big screen with no problems
