My girl lives in Finland. Yeah its not too far away from Hamburg. I didnt visit there. Lubeck is around 600 miles away (1 hour 15 minutes flight), and Wacken is about 500 miles by plane.

Finland, that's still far from you, no? And christ.. is it cheap to travel in Europe by plane because everything is so close or are you rich?

Finland is around 3 hours on the plane. Flights are reasonable in price. The beauty of travelling into Europe from living in the UK is how high the value of our pound is. Everything in Europe is fucking cheap.



I got a one litre can of Danish lager which was pretty nice for under a euro in this supermarket which is about 50p (deadly fucking cheap). Not as cheap as Poland haha. I got a beer tower (5 litres - 15% vol.) for about that. Needless to say I had to be carried home after that night.

One thing is, the Canadian and American Dollars have been so close lately, but Prices haven't changed. So one could go to the states and by shit in the American price, when the currency is worth the same .

Sweden, Denmark and Norway doesnt use the Euro therefore its expensive.
