Thanks for the info, my favorite mix of your by far!
Np man.
And thanks a ton! Way more to come from different bands soon. Just can't release them yet

I love tehe hifi sound you get all the time
no mud shit! always clear
Anyway this 5150 sounds really aggressive, what setting did you use? I can't get my to sound so "hifi-ish"
Drums are all sampled from the drummers kit, kick is replaced, snare is 99% real (I tidied up a few gimpy hits)!
Let me know if you want me to go into detail about the processing and shit
Well, for me, it's about being a minimalist lately.. I just want to emmulate a slammin mix. No need to over complicate things.. All I've been using on my guitars have been surgical EQ, and some times a limiter.
Anyways, the actual amp settings was something like
pre-3
low-7
mid-4
high-5
post- 6
res- 6
pres-8.5
All that with a nice solid take makes guitars scream!
Post - 6: holy shit if that's the number on the faceplate, that's really loud !
My cab could explode lol
Thanks everybody!

The first few seconds after the drums came in really got me excited man, and I don't get that excited very often
Strangely, after a while I sort of lost that awesome feeling. I think the mix REALLY fit the first riff of the song and then sort of became a bit less powerful.
Anyway, it sounds amazing nonetheless!!
