People sometimes overlook that he was a very solid singer too. The full package of talent. As a guitar player, his tone and control were outstanding to me. Can't remember him ever hitting a bad note or not putting passion into a bending.

was just listening to "I had a Dream".. his vocal is wonderful on that song.

I'll certainly miss his music, both the heavier rock and his blues stuff too. I was fortunate to have seen him at least once in this life time, but he will be sadly missed. RIP Gary..... Go join the heavenly band and tear through a set will ya!!!!
