I haven't really played a MUD for more than 5 minutes back in 95 or something. Honest.

Look, the story is the I had a character who was valued at about $600, although it could have been worth more if I had sold all his eq piecemeal. As the comic book collectors among us know, that does not necessarily mean that the MUDosphere is full of people who are willing to instantly write you a check for $600. I probably would have gotten less. And the character had like 1500 hours in it, so that's like 45 cents an hour. (Granted, he was a vampire and got more powerful with more hours so I used to leave him logged in all night and greed hours that way, but still)
