General Questions About Swano Releases?

Pardon me if these have been answered before. I'm a relative Swano noob. I've only been listening to him for about two years now, I'd say. Anyway, I was just looking for a small pic of the Nightfall Overture album and stumbled across a few pics I'm curious about. First, a single was released for the Moontower album?

Is this an alternate cover?

The second came from a Russian website (I think it was Russion). If you go to Yahoo! and type in Dan Swano Moontower, hit search, and then hit the Images link at the top of the page it's in there. I'll have to seek out this single. I've never seen it before.
