i have so many mixed feelings on this one. as Stormo poited out, the new design of the characters is hard to swallow, but I also have a feeling that it could go down easier than breakfast. and the lame story line was irritating me, but, when Scorpion was introduced by name, holy shit, i had shivers run through me. the original was awesome.

I just rebought the Snes vesion of the original game a few weeks ago btw,

Scorpion was never really anyone's favorite when i played mortal kombat, but i've stuck with him throughout the entire series. Now? if this movie really is released, EVERYONE is going to have a hardon for scorpion.

I personally think this is a promo for the Mortal Kombat 9 Video Game coming up this year. Warner Brothers owns Midway Games now, this could easily be.
