This was direct in, using GuitarHack's impulses. I think the bass guitar needs to be dialed down a bit, but overall how does it sound?

Cool dude. I think the tone has some really nice potential. It's a bit boomy now though, and could perhaps use some more mids and highs

But that's just my opinion.

Sounds a bit undergained. More gain might help the tone a little, but the main thing is getting rid of that boominess.

dope sound yeah i guess some lowering on like... the 125hz and a tad more pre gain would sound kool too

There's a bass in there too, that's what giving it the boominess I think. Let me check that out real quick.
