It was advertised to me as including black metal, as well. Kult ov Azazel were on it, but had to drop off, so there went the black metal.

And since when was promoting my band when it would also be advertising an awesome festival be considered "self promotion"?

Just put me on ignore if you don't like it.

Kult's drummer is teching for Nile's tour, so they can't make it. Cryptopsy will be getting back to the states that evening, so they can't make it, either. They are looking to get suitable replacements. I can't say much right now, but if they get who they told me they're aiming for, it will be huge.

the show will be in the middle of a forest. literally. 2 20x50ft stages, pro sound techs. they arent fuckin around with this. Jaeger booths, guitar raffle, strippers, suicide girls, lots of venders

Fuck, that's right -- I don't think Stony Point is too far from my house. This show is actually going to be in a forest?? That would be cool as hell, but seriously, even if they do get Morbid Angel, together with Vital Remains you've just got too much bias with the death metal angle.

This show NEEDS some more pagan black metal for a setting like that.

Also, I love the idea as using this for the RC get together. Seriously we could even meet in our Suffern tavern, drink Irish car bombs, and take over the internet jukebox...again!
