Gigantour 2013

Went to the Gigantour show in Bloomington, IL last night. GREAT show! Even though the crowd was small (maybe a quarter capacity) each band gave it everything they had and gave those of us who showed up our money's worth! Total pros all the way!

It's been over twenty years since I've seen Megadeth (Clash Of The Titans was the last time) and I forgot just how good their catalogue is! I won't wait another twenty to see them again.

That's true, and it really showed on 1919 Eternal. That record was full of song Ozzy didn't want to use.

I think it's just that Zakk saw how popular that image and the music was getting, so he cashed in. Nothing wrong with that, he needs to feed the family, but I really really miss the psychedelic-southern-heavy sound they had in the beginning.
