Looks like I'll be going for the Doggies next Sunday, seeing as the Roosters are dead certs to beat the Cowboys. That's OK I guess, I like plenty of Canterbury players so it shouldn't be too difficult to cheer them on against the evil empire.

Oh, and I really hope Steve Price makes a very quick recovery because I don't think I can handle yet another week of "will he be fit for the grand final" stories. That said, if the Roosters make it then it will probably be Fitzgibbon or Ricketson who take that honour. Or maybe... *gulp*... all three.
The Dogs are my team, but if they lose next week, I'd rather see them go down to the Cowboys. Not that they will, because the Roosters will smash them tomorrow.

I'll bet you $50 of someone else's money that the Cowboys win tomorrow.
That said, if the Cowboys do lose then I just hope Walker and Hodges get smashed bigtime. That'll be almost as good as when Casey McGuire punched out Hodges in the 2002 preliminary final, back when Hodges was in the press for... umm... what's that S word that they use all the time? I can't remember it for the life of me, but Hodges was doing it a lot at the time. SLEDGING! That's the one.

I think it will be a cery action packed final - I would have loved to have seen the Cowboys there doing their thing in the final... however I can live with the two teams that are up there doing there thing...thank god the Bronco's aren't there....I really love it when they get beaten!!!

unfortunately bulldogs were the winners.in the end the roosters simply made too many mistakes in the second half.The day started out well with the Roosters narrowly winning jersey flegg and then a really good win in the Premier league but iw was not to be in the main game.It was a very quiet bus trip from the stadium back to EAsts Leagues club where the streets had been blocked off in anticipation of a party but in the end Bondi JUnction looked like a ghost town.Nobody was interested in partying and i think the majority of rooster supporters(including me) went straight home after getting back to Bondi Junction.
One more game of football to go for the season.Go Randwick to beat Eastwood in the Rugby Union grand final!!!!
