I want to get my wife some meet and greet tickets for Godsmack in Vegas. Has anybody done a meet-and-greet with them in the past year?

How are Godsmack in their meet and greets?
Is it very rehearsed into the point? Is there anything more than just a photo op? Are you able to bring anything for them to sign? For two tickets it's about $800 not including the flight and hotel. I want to make sure her experience is worth it. She loves Godsmack but I don't think he would be able to justify paying that much money for it especially if there is nothing more than just a photo.
