Good Drum Machine?

I need a drum machine program thats as close to sounding real as possible?

if such a thing exists, if not, can someone just suggest an overall good program.

however, you must find your own wave files for the drums. i could send you the set of sounds i have then you can pick out which you like best.

I found out that while not a drum machine, Acid, with a decent set of drum samples, works out better than your average and even most drum machine programs.

Well if you get good samples for it, Fruity Loops would suffice. It all depends on whether you can get good samples for it though.

Get Cakewalk Sonar 2 with the DR-008 plugin and the "Drumkit from hell" sampler. DKFH is recorded by the Meshuggah-drummer, which makes it feel more metal in general, plus it sounds really good.
