Try buying directly from the band, maybe in the merch/shop section in some bands' websites.

I just recently discovered Eatdeath (http://www.eatdeath.com/shirts/) and a site called Nekro t-shirts (http://www.nekro-t-shirts.com/arrivals.html) both of which have a great selection of high quality more obscure metal band shirts. However I am pretty sure they are bootleg shirts, but nonetheless I can speak for the quality of the prints.

Not much for power metal but may be interesting for others on this forum.
