Yup, definitely a cool product from Google. I've been told (from a train fanatic) that not all the railroads are there in my area. Other than that, I will be using this instead of mapquest.

I can easily see this turn into something where you can be on a certain map view... type in something in a box like "restaurant" and poof they will all show/pop up/be returned in a text format or something. Will be pretty cool.

That's awesome. I was using google maps last night and discovered one thing they are missing (which I would imagine is only a matter of time that it gets added); typing in someone's name and city/state, like you would on switchboard.com.

It's pretty neat to see what my neighborhood looks like from space

There is little reason for people to be paranoid about the satellite maps because the images generally are six to 12 months old...

I noticed it's off sometimes. Like when I searched my old house it was on the wrong side and 3 houses off. My current place looks like a forest from satellite, lol

Some of them are as little as 6 months old, others are up to 15 years old. Depends on the area.
