Not a big fan of Rock. But when it's heavily Blues-infused and this edgy, it's hard to resist. These guys are doing an "evening with" in a few weeks in my neck of the woods. I've heard they're so much better live than on CD. Can't wait.

"Seeing the mule" is not adequate to desribe a band that for some is best seen/experienced with hallucinogens, although that is by no means necessary if you have an open mind. Mule shows involve blues and rock, but also jazz elements, you're talking about "American Music", it can't be pigeonholed.
