Immortal didn't even make your list, not to mention several others. Pure Holocaust should be a choice, as well as any underground BM, which you appear to have no knowledge of. Hamok, The Timebird, and The Greys love to blow each other and shove objects up people's asses. The Grey's father loves to join in and The Gays licks his fathers asshole.
