I'm from Norway and I'm 32.
I got into metal just some few years ago!
It started out by that I have a friend at work that is a quite famous metal drummer who intoduced me to some of his music (blackmetal).
I soon understood that this music calmed me down, something I really needed cause I'm pretty agressive person. I also work in a mental institution and days can get very stressfull at times, then I enjoy getting home, putting on some good metal and just relaxe!
When I first started to listen to metal it was Norwegian metal I got into at first, and some of my faviorit bands are still from my homeland Norway, but I have gotten to know more and more bands that I really like...
I spend a lot of hours seaching for some new metal to listen to (new not nu)
Right now I'm kind of into Folk and metal opera... And Dark Tranquillity...
