Nice web site. I'm new here.

I manage a record store in a small town. I make sure we have punk, metal and other records available locally.

I'm a Record Store Day pledge signer. What that means is I don't ebay the RSD items I get. I sell those to my local clientele.

Shop local. Support your mom and pop record stores as best you can. Sure some dealers are hosebags, but not all. Find the good stores and help them survive. It matters. Record Stores provide an awesome service to any community.

Perhaps I'm biased. I'm grey headed, hard rock headed, and grew up using vinyl as my source of home entertainment. That hasn't changed in five decades, so yea... I'm one of those vinylheads.

I live in an area with tons of live music. Louisiana is full of festivals. The average per month is crazy. We party a lot, basically.

Mardi Gras is upon us. Watch out for the crazies!

My college age customers drug me to bookface. They use it. I just announce new arrivals, etc.

I manage two locations. I'm buried in vinyl every day except monday. That is my weekend.

My name is Vic. I manage Lagnaippe Records and Vinylville Records.

Elevator music isn't my thing. :^/
