Hey everyone, I play in a blackened death metal band called Grethor. Basically our style is a mix of early Dissection and At the Gates with a touch of Deathspell Omega, Immolation, and Emperor.

We just released an EP which you folks can stream on our Bandcamp page. There's also stuff from our back catalog on there as well. The EP is also available on iTunes and will be available soon on Spotify.

We also have some live footage here, although the sound quality isn't great:

Hope you guys like it, thanks for checking us out.

Hi guys, we've recently announced a new EP entitled 'Cloaked in Decay.' Comes out April 21st on CD and for digital download. Artwork was done by Niklas Sundin and mastering was completed by Colin Marston at The Thousand Caves studios. “This whole album is awesome in just about every possible way especially for someone who is very judgmental about their black and death metal as I am, but “Cloaked in Decay” has my 100% approval because this is fan-fucking-tastic.”
— Headbanger Reviews

“GRETHOR’s sound is an amalgam of black and death metal bands, drawing direct comparisons with such luminaries as GORGUTS , DEATHSPELL OMEGA, and HUMAN REMAINS...their latest EP, Cloaked in Decay, is a brutal exercise in death metal with a blackened soul.”
-- Dominion Collective

“Overall, this album is completely solid and any fans of bleak, inventive, chaotic and fucking heavy black, death, doom or extreme metal are going to seriously enjoy this.”
-- The Metal Maiden

Cloaked in Decay out now! Available on CD, and for digital download via Bandcamp, iTunes, Spotify, and Amazon MP3. Full stream available on Metal Underground: http://www.metalunderground.com/news/details.cfm?newsid=112690
