And for whomever it was who asked, the numbers represent the inches around the whole bust, taking a tape around her body, boobs and all, the letters are the cup size. The "classic" figure was once regarded as 36 bust, 24 waist, 36 hips... 72 is twice that... If her chest was that big, she'd hardly be able to walk, never mind dance.
