Guitar advice/help

Due to unforeseen circumstances i'm in need of a guitar, unfortunatly after rent, car payments, gas etc. i only have $300-350.

Your mission, should you choose to except, is suggest guitars that fall into this price range (any insight would be great).

Two thing though
1) i would perfer NOT to have a floyd rose bridge
2) must be dual humbuckers which i plan on replacing with SH-1 '59 on the neck and a SH-4 jb on the bridge.

2 volume and tone knobs would be a plus, but then agan i maybe asking for too much at this price.

A Schecter Omen 6 plays incredibly well for being in that price range. I think i picked mine up for $299. Its definitely not as good as a more expensive guitar, but IMO is at the top of that price range.

or pick up a used schecter elite.

edit: oops... thought it said 300-600 for whatever reason.... just shoot me.
