This is standard Guitar Center practice. It's similar to their UBER EXCLUSIVE LISSSSST sale that they have each year. It's basically a list of shit that nobody wants. That place is useless for me other than for strings. I would say for Mesa gear too, but now that they sell online I shouldn't have that problem!

Exclusion lists are usually put in place by the manufacturers who do not want their products sold lower than MAP pricing. I know for certain that certain manufacturers specifically ask to be excluded from promotions for this.

Brands i'd buy off the top of my head: Krank, Heil, Seynour Duncan, MXR, Dunlop, ISP, EMG
