Guitar Issues

OK I'm pretty much a total noob at Guitar hardware and I just changed the strings 2 days ago on this guitar my friend lent me.

It seemed to be going ok for a while, now I'm noticing some weird things a bit.

Example : sometimes when I do a chord and let it sustain a long time, I'll get some annoying buzz like this. Notice the way it resonates at the very end.

How do I get rid of this??

An other thing I observed, if I try to do a bend on the lower notes it seems easy enough but if I go at the end of the frett board on the higher ones it's noticibly harder. I think it's only my low B string (tuning is in B standard) that's giving me those troubles.

Hopefully I don't have to bring it to a guitar tech..

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Using a proper gauge set of strings and setting the action correctly as in raising the bridge/saddles and also quite possibly adjusting the truss rod (especially if you have changed tunings drastically) are the usual ways to fix fret buzz.

That clip you posted above just sounds like you were properly muting the strings not being played at first and maybe started to lightly let up on the muted string causing it to poke out a bit.

Turns out one of the strings wasn't sitting well in its saddle which was hindering it from vibrating properly. Now I have found some other weird crap though :

This is a pull off on fretts 15-14 on my 2nd string. I'm getting some weird overtone only on frett 14. What is this?

Just wish I had a stable guitar and be ready to record.. what a PITA
