One week ago I covered my selfmade 2x12....after 3 days of covering I hated that fucking bostik and that fucking tolex!

how many layers did you do?

I did it in the free time...1 or 2 hours a day...so it took several days to be done

I LOVE the flame maple necks on those Robins - never heard of that brand, but I'd imagine they're pretty sweet with that kinda neck wood and being made in the USA! Also, that VHT poweramp is monstrous, my god! How can something with half the components of a tube head be the same size?

Oh, and I can't for the life of me understand what you guys see in that Dean V - it's so...classic...everything all rounded, that cheesy Elvis-Presley tailpiece...ugggghhhhh, I never liked Deans, they remind me too much of the redneck South Good luck selling it!

Those Robins are among the best sounding guitars I've ever played, I can only highly recommend those!
the neck looks way better/more 3d in reality. the body woods are as high quality as the neck's, try one!

the vht is actually like 2 poweramps (dual mono) of a single head, shitloads of tubes and HUGE transformers, that thing is heavy as fuck!
