Dear Staff,
The fill line that full up water to our wood tank on the roof is frozen, hence we can fill the tank. This tank supply water to the entire building for drinking, cooking, flushing etc. We have about three hours worth of water remaining in the tank currently and are working on correcting the problem. We are asking all of you to use water sparingly, flush only when you have to, minimize the use of water at the sinks, etc.
We do have plumbers on their way to our building right now.
We will keep you posted.
