I think Halford is releasing that the end of his career is nearing. So he is on the look out for other way of making his living. I can understand the economic logic behind that.

I've never been a figure collector.
Neither do I. I can't find the appeal to it. I only have two, one of the many versions of Gandalf (as the white wizard) which was a gift and an Iron Maiden (a character from Quake II) which I bought for obvious reasons not precisely related to the game
Both are still in their case in some closet, never cared to display them.

It doesn't even look like him, it looks generic.
If they were gonna make a halford figure they should have at least made the bald halford with the crucible jacket (from the Halford band (crucible album)), and sell it for 14.99$ at most, but making him look like him. Oversized and overpriced.
