You will then go through security and can then head down to your correct check-in desks once security has cleared you. Please be aware that there may be a police presence at this event, and they may be conducting searches on arrival and throughout the event
At reception, the principal booker must make sure they have a copy of the booking reference, the one you received via e-mail when you first booked and their photo ID.

Silver and Gold accommodation head down to main reception
VIP accommodation head down to reception also, but you will have a separate check-in desk inside.

Located in your room will be an electricity box with your electricity card. If this runs out, just return to reception for a replacement.
Guest that have booked silver and Gold are reminded that bathroom towels are not provided
Your accommodation keys will be available from 12:00 on the day of arrival
Please make sure that all members of your party have a copy of the booking reference as they will need this to check in (if they are checking in at different times)

WE OPERATE A ZERO TOLERANCE DRUG POLICY
Anyone found to be in possession of any suspected illegal or controlled substance risk arrest and prosecution. Further more you will be banned from attending any future Hard Rock Hell / Hammerfest events
Fireworks or flammable liquids will be confiscated upon discovery. Any use of fireworks or flammable liquids will result in immediate removal from the site, this includes flammable Poi.
Nitrous Oxide is a controlled substance and will be confiscated upon discovery
Searches whilst on site are a condition of stay and we reserve the right to enter any apartment without explanation.
Guests are advised not to bring privately owned electrical appliances to the event.
However, if you do so, you use the equipment at your own risk.
Please be aware that some of our entertainment shows use strobe lighting.
The availability of some outdoor facilities and entertainment may be affected by adverse weather conditions.
Any music played must be done so with all doors and windows closed to minimise disruption to the site neighbours, not everyone may appreciate rock music!! Out of respect for the neighbours please keep noise to a minimum after midnight.
No Video cameras, professional photo cameras and/or recording devices are permitted into the venue at night without prior written consent
It is your responsibility to report any damages in your chalet on arrival to reception. Otherwise you will be charged post event.

Everyone has the option of an express check out, but if you wish to wait whilst your room is checked before your departure, in case of damages, please just ask at reception.
Bluetooth
During the whole weekend make sure you have your Bluetooth switched on as you will be able to receive the latest in HF downloads, screensavers, information and pictures direct to your mobile phone

HF TV, with music, videos and interviews will be available in your rooms on Channel 6; Also please note that DURING THE WEEKEND SCUZZ TV AND OTHER PRESS WILL BE RECORDING THIS EVENT, and by entering this arena you are giving your consent to BE filmed and the film to be used and distributed at the owners discretion

VIP Areas
On both the Friday and Saturday night, there will be two VIP AREAS to host all our VIP members, The VIP area in arena 1 will be the raise seated at the back of the . In arena 2 the seated area at the left hand side of the stage will be reserved for VIP holders only.
VIP BAR
There will also be an exclusive VIP bar in arena I situated in front of Trick Or Treat. This will be open from 21.00 on both nights and will also feature discounted drinks for VIP holders. This bar merges with the Royalty / Artist bar, so youll also get a chance to chat to various band and media members.
Swimming Pool
This will be open on Friday and Saturday from 12:00 until 16:00 if anyone fancies a dip

Entrance
The main entrance to arenas one, two and three can be found at reception, this is also the only entrance to the building. There will be a separation between budget and gold and the VIPs, as the VIPs have there own entrance at this main door. Please note you may be subjected to searches each time you enter the building. All exits are located at the rear of the building, not the main entrance for noise pollution reasons
Smoking
There is no smoking in any of the arenas, smoking areas can be found either outside the main reception or via arena one and three at the rear
Emergency Procedure
If at any point there is an emergency, an alarm will sound within the arenas, please walk calmly and safely to the nearest emergency exit door. Security will be on hand to direct you and assist if you have any problems. Once outside, stand away from the building and await further instructions from the security team.
Official Photography
Throughout the weekend we have our official Hard Rock Hell photographers on site; if you have your photo taken you can purchase these from the photo stall at the main reception. Either as a photo or on a keying, the photographer will also be present during the signing sessions
Signing Sessions
On the Friday and Saturday afternoon, in arena one will be some of your Rock Heroes available to meet and sign your autograph books. They will be available from 13:00 until 17:00, line-up will be available on arrival
Official Merchandise Shop
For all your Rock needs, there is a merchandise shop located on your right hand side in reception. It will be open from:
Friday 12:00 until 21:00
Saturday 12:00 until 21:00
Sunday 10:00 until close
There will also be stalls available in the main arena / amusement area on Friday from 12:00 until 00:00, and on the Saturday, from 10:00 until 00:00, run by private distributors
Jaaermeister Unplugged Stage
As a late addition we will have an open air stage at the back of arena one hosted by Jagermeister with some of the bands performing an unplugged set as part of the afternoon festivities. This will be on between 14.00 and 16.00 on the Saturday afternoon and will involve a lot of jagey shots to chill you out..
All bands will be announced on the Forum or when you arrive, different Metal Vive by all.

Just heard we will be recording all the bands sets under some new whoopy bit of software, letting the bands pick their best performing tracks and downloading it all onto a Hammerfest Video compilation Live at the event, In fact it will be ready to take away with you at the event and exclusively sold there.
