as for hangovers, i tend to get them easily and therefore have established quite a strategy.
1. before excessive drinking, make sure you eat greasy food, like noodles in butter or something like that.
2. always try to drink at least 2 litres of water that day.
3. when drinking, treat yourself with a glass of water now and then.
4. before going to bed, get a bottle of water ready next to your bed and open the windods
5. if this all didn't work and you still have a hangover, try to get up and eat a soup (you know, this salty instant powder where you just have to pour hot water upon)
