Thanks everyone. Check this out on Friday night I was searching porn on the net, just because. And I kept getting error message that asked if I wanted to send a report to Microsoft. Didn't really think about it cuz I was drinking. the next day I turn on the PC and my internet homepage is changed I get 47 pop ups and a search bar on the bottom of the screen too. What a mess. I ran Norton anti-virus and it found nothing , so my head is :Spin: and I had to at myself for being a horn dog.
