Drinking age for Canada is 18 in some provinces, 19 in others..otehrs like mine...

But most people I know started drining at 13-16

Its fucking strict here in England. Although funny enough ive been drinking in pubs since I was 16 (dont ask how I managed that), its becoming more and more difficult for under 18s to get alcohol.

The legal drinking age here is 18, but everybody drinks underage anyway. It's real easy to get beer. Everybody knows someone that'll provide it, and there's always a lot of parties. Parents let their kids drink too. Well, the ones i know haha
