But not in giant bags, and not at a huge discount tomorrow. This is the only day I can legally traumatize children and not be arrested for it. I think you're stupid for passing up the chance to fuck with children and not get in trouble!

lol! That's what I'm going to do to the first kid that comes without a costume tonight! That always irks me.

My grandmother always said "For a free Halloween costume, go as an oatmeal cookie. Just go naked and stick a raisin in your belly button"

Or just do what I do and go buy up all the store stock on the 1st. Then you have candy to last you a year, at a fraction of the price!

Halloween, or Hallowe'en, is a holiday celebrated on the night of October 31. Traditional activities include trick-or-treating, bonfires, costume parties, visiting "haunted houses" and carving jack-o-lanterns. The term Halloween (and its alternative rendering Hallowe'en) is shortened from All-hallow-even, as it is the eve of "All Hallows' Day", also which is now known as All Saints' Day. Some modern Halloween traditions developed out of older pagan traditions, especially surrounding the Irish holiday Samhain, a day associated both with the harvest and otherworldly spirits.

Halloween is now celebrated in several parts of the Western world, most commonly in Ireland, the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom and occasionally in parts of Australia and New Zealand.

What's that? Europe is the minority in the Caucasian celebration of it? :p

me talking to my dad yesterday:
dad: so what're you guys doing for halloween?
me: handing out candy to the kids they bring to trick-or-treat through the dorms ... don't worry, i'll remember to put razorblades in their apples.
dad: good girl.
