I dunno. It could be. They aren't even listed on Shock's catalogue anymore. It was never issued by Relapse or Displeased, so I'd say it's probably deleted now. Let me know if you want and I can burn a copy for you.

you can always try to e-mail the band directly to see if they have any copies left

I seriously doubt the Alchemist lads would have any copies of Spiritech left. It's been out a loooong time.

If they're anything like us and our dealings with our first labels, they would have only gotten a limited amount of stock from the label and likely wouldn't have any personal copies any more. Worth asking, though, but unlikely.
