Dear user,
No it is not my fault that Microsoft Word lost the document you have been working on for the past 4 hrs. on the laptop that you own and take home with you every day and no one else has ever used, ever.
Also, even though the problem you're having with MS Word is worse today than it was 2 weeks ago and has been getting worse each day since then, because 5 minutes ago was the first time you ever told me about your stupid little issue, the fact that it's been deteriorating is really your own damn fault also.
