I'm not sure if anyone here is familar with the Tascam 2488neo, but I seem to be having a sound issue. I haven't recorded anything yet, so I'm using the pre-loaded demo track as a reference, but when I play back the file, no sound is coming out from either my monitors (a pair of M-Audio AV40 Studiophiles) or my headphones (simple cd player phones with an adapter attached). Not only that, but I can't get any sound when I play the guitar through the on-board simulated amps. I'm a new user to portastudios, so maybe it's something simple that I can't realize. Any ideas? Thanks.
