I just got H-Bomb "Coup De Metal"
cooldevil.gif
I won it on e-Bay and the reissue (Axe Killer) is fabulous because have as bonus tracks the "lost" songs of their last EP (which came after their only LP "Attaque") sung in English by the new singer. Sadly the band dissapear after that, so this is the ultimate legacy.:headbang:

You have it on the original "Rave one" records label?
You mean on vinyl? No, I one of those wackos who turn his back to vinyl long ago :loco:. As I mentioned this is the Axe Killer reissue which includes as bonus tracks the EP in English they had with the second singer after "Attaque" (also reissued by Axe Killer).

But the vinyl is available from time to time on e-Bay. I saw it some weeks ago, before getting my paws on the CD version.

Don't worry, I already have it. They used to hang around the Dynamo. I have seen then live 4 or 5 times there. I knew the guys who owned Rave On records. "The Nuns have no fun" EP and the "Mellisa" album from Mercyful Fate also apeared on Rave On records.

NICE!
I have the Axe Killer reissue of Attaque, need to find a copy of the Coup De Metal reissue. Those Axe Killer reissue cd's are great! They do a very nice job on them.

Agree a 101 %. Sadly the company went out of business like a year ago or more, and therefore whatever you can find now is collector's item.

I have also:

Scorpions "The Back To Black Collection", which are "In Trance" + "Virgin Killer", with "Fly To The Rainbow" as bonus tracks. Is a wonderful package with the original artwork and picture discs, all the lyrics and pics of the band.

Saxon - "Innocence Is no Excuse", very nice pckaged, but the two bonus tracks are from "Crusader", so the big deal is just to have the album in CD format.

Saxon - "Destiny", this cone comes with two very good bonus tracks, one live one in studio call 'Live Fast, Die Young' which is a kickass song.

VA - "Killers On The Loose: A Tribute To thin Lizzy", several people from the NWOBHM era (plus Phil Campbell from Motorhead) made this great tribute. The same people also did tributes to Iron Maiden and Nazareth but not on Axe Killer.

Sortilege - "Sortilege", "Metamorphose", "Larmes De Heros". Wondeful reissues, with bonus tracks of the English versions of the songs.

In general I'd recommend to get whatever you can pick from Axe Killer it worth it.

I try to grab any Axe Killer I can find these days also. You've got some killer titles. I'd like to find those Sortilege discs.

Here's what I have----

Angel City - No Exit
Blue Oyster Cult - The Back To Black Collection
Fisc - Break Out
Giuffria - Silk And Steel
Great White - Stick It
H Bomb - Attaque
Icon - Icon
Icon - Night Of The Crime
Mad Max - Stormchild
Ocean - Ocean
Ruthless - Discipline Of Steel / Metal Without Mercy
Sortilege - box (1 cd plus a shirt and small poster, only 1000 made)
Sven Gali - Sven Gali
various - Revolution Hard Rock (French metal comp)
Viva - What The Hell Is Going On
Warning - Warning 2

You have a pretty good collection there Greeno ;)

Sortilege is more available than H-Bomb actually.

Try e-Bay on regular basis, also check www.moltenmetal.usa (these days are according to them not accepting orders, but try later). Also www.sentinelsteel.com (although most of the time what they have listed is not stock).
www.hardnheavy.com ahve "Metamorphose" in stock but too expensive.

I was lucky enough tofound them in a relative shoirt period of time among several places online.

I check oftenly www.gemm.com. They don't sell, just connect you with sellers worldwide, sometrime you struck luck.

I've used Gemm a couple times, cool site. Found some old Tex And The Horseheads vinyls I'd been looking for for a long time. And of course I'm an eBay junkie! :) I'll have to check out those other sites you mentioned. Thanks!

Have you ever seen a complete list of what Axe Killer has reissued, Wyvern? I bet they did a ton of cool stuff I don't know about.

Are you following me? :loco: :p

No, but I read in another forum that they did several "Back to..." collections, including the one you have from B.O.C, Savatage, Suicidal Tendencies, and I can't remember what more.

I wish I can find the complete Axe Killer catalog :worship: . If you run in this forum into Fangface, I know he has a contact with more AK stuff back in France. Talk to him he's a really cool guy.
