A SoundCloud user who goes by name of neilcic has uploaded a mash-up of METALLICA's "Enter Sandman" and HALL & OATES's "I Can't Go For That (No Can Do)". Dubbed "I Can't Enter That (No Sandman)", the mash-up — which can be streamed below — features the backing track from HALL & OATES's 1981 No. 1 hit combined with the vocal track from METALLICA's 1991 smash.neilcic's previously posted mash-ups include one that combines ELTON JOHN's "Crocodile Rock" and SYSTEM OF A DOWN's "Chop Suey", and another that mixes LOVERBOY's "Working For The Weekend" with SMASHING PUMPKINS' "Bullet With Butterfly Wings"."Enter Sandman" was featured as the opening track and lead single from METALLICA's eponymous 1991 album. The song was produced by Bob Rock, and the music was written by Kirk Hammett, Lars Ulrich, and James Hetfield. Vocalist and guitarist Hetfield wrote the lyrics, which deal with the simplest concept of a child's nightmares.The "Enter Sandman" single was certified gold in the United States for sales in excess of 500,000 copies.
