I have a hard time to get a decent guitar tone.
Is this something in the right direction?

I think the basic tone isn't too shabby, but guitars need to come up a lot in the mix, and the bass down a bit. Try add a bit more top end to the guitars to make them a bit more up front.

I think they need a boost at about 1khz and 3khz.
