Hey! I'm 18 from Scotland. My favourite bands are Iced Earth, Iron Maiden and Bruce Dicksinson (although he's not really a band but his solo stuff kicks ass!). I'm a guitarist and have been playing for almost seven years now. My influences when i first started were crappy bands like linkin park and papa roach, but later on as i got better i began to be influenced by Maiden and Iced Earth. Almost two years have been spent trying to master the bloody painful double stop speed they pull off in most of the Iced Earth songs, in particular Travel in Stygian and Dante's Inferno. I was at uni but dropped out 'cause i was bored stiff so now i spend my days earning simple money to keep me alive but i am planning to go back when i get desperate. Err...I play an expensive Ibanez and recently bought a cheap ass flying V which i am working on to make into something a little special thanks tro some custom work and Seymour Duncan SH13 dimebuckers!
