Helloween

Those two Keeper Of The Seven Keys album fucking rule!

Heavy Metal is the law that keeps us all united, free
A law that shatters earth and hell!
Heavy Metal can't be beaten by any dynasty
We're all wizards fighting with our spell!
:D

Their 80's catalogue can't be topped if we're talking power metal. Their 90's catalogues is hit and miss.

Never heard a single Helloween song. Honestly I've stayed far away for years because I confused them with that Grim Reaper - See You in Hell song, which is quite possibly the gayest thing on the planet. I'll pick up Keeper of the Seven Keys eventually, but probably a cheap and used copy because very little power metal impresses me.

Did it involve Charlie Brown taking an AK-47 to everyone in town and giving them what they deserve? If so, I'll buy it.

Dude, check out Heavy Metal (Is The Law), Future World and I Want Out for starters. They got about a dozen uber kewl songs :)

Yeah, Keeper pt 2 is cool - especially the epic title track, and Dr Stein is good fun.

Helloween played at the greatest metal festival line up of all time: Donnington Monsters of Rock 1988.

Dude, turn in your fucking metal gear NOW! Steve Grimmett of Grim Reaper had a great voice. Ever heard ONSLAUGHT's "In Search Of Sanity?" Any fan of old school Metallica should check that record out.

Anyhow, in regards to Helloween, I enjoy the Keeper albums from the Micahel Kiske era, and I enjoy most of the Andi Deris era, The Dark Ride is superb, perhaps their best. Never liked the really early stuff...

Helloween are indeed metal gods. I saw them last year in chicago, and was just blown away by their show....

anyone not into helloween should indeed make them part of your metal collection...NOW!!

Evil C.

The difference between speed metal and power metal can be simply explained by the difference between Walls of Jericho and Keeper part 1.

Agree/Disagree?
