Help Coding myspace

hey guys.

My band recently had our logo completed and sent to us so now its time to do a revamp of the myspace. I have the images done but I need help coding it and im wondering whether anyone here would be kind enough to lend me a hand,

I need coding to do:

-background that needs to freeze and scroll with page.
-a header to go above everything
-headers for the friends,bio and blog sections
-links on the header image for add, message and pics.

Id really appreciate the help
