The first one. Fucking neat.

I quite enjoy the second. The first one is alright cept for the colour of the writing. The second is more artsy and fun to look at.

I agree they need to change the color of the logo.

a nice white/slight grey tinge would be lovley.

I can't decide. Both look nice. Honestly, I don't think you could go wrong with either one. You sound pretty damn good, too.

[EDIT: I just looked at them both again for a few minutes. I have a leaning towards the first, I think.]

I preffer the second, but they need to make more use of the screen area. I don't like having sites bunched up in a little box at the top of my screen when I'm running 1280x1024.

The first is too standard. I've seen that kind of layout as a template all over the place, and I used to avoid making those layouts like the plague when I did web design.
