Alright, so i'm pretty new at recording still, but i'm a HUGE fan of Revocation. Mostly their sound too,...
on a good system--i'd say this record is badass, just for something that is really upfront and well,... METAL. haha..
i'm sorry if nobody else agrees, but anyways--
my point of posting is this exactly-- What is it that they did to achieve this sound?
I don't have the greatest set of "production ears" yet, so please tell me if you think they quad/dual tracked, drum triggers, etc. ?
Just tell me what you can gather from listening to a sample of them and what their production quality could be comprised of. I've asked around and i have gotten few replies.
