i have just had the most horrible experience dealing with my long distance company and it has left me so pissed off that i want to destroy something. and to top it off it is beautiful outside and i couldn't enjoy it because i was dealing with these assholes during my lunch break!

now i won't explain the whole story but instead i will ask a question.

To accomplish a task, a company asks you to submit three items. So you send the first two, and then you send the third a couple days later. Would you then have the common sense to put the three together and have a complete file?

If you answered yes to this question than you don't work for IDT because as I am being told by them now, the changes i want made to my phone bill can't happen because the items were sent seperately and they need to be sent together in order for the stuff to happen.
