Probably a noob question here.
I have a VHT 100CL I want to use to record, and I would like to mess around with different cab impulses.
Chances are its going to sound better miced up with a real cab opposed to using the Line out into the Interface, However Id still like to mess around with it.
The problem is loading them. I use Reaper to record. I have tried Voxengo Boogex and others but I do not understand how they work.
I can download an impulse and save it in Reaper. I can open the program to use the Impulses with. But I cant figure out how to load it up correctly and get the imulse working in the program.
Can anyone help?
