My yahoo account sent a spam email off to everyone in my address book. Which is embarrassing, because that also includes people I don't talk to anymore, like chicks I used to date and friends I lost touch with. It also sent the email to my other email accounts (which happen to be in the address book - this is how I found out). Now, how can I make sure something like this doesn't happen again? Also, will my email accounts this got sent to send the email to everyone in their respective address books? Has anyone else had something like this happen before? Serious responses only please. Not stupid insults or jokes. I'm kind of panicking.
