Help needed on what to change/add to this old tune of mine

Guys:
I recently found this instrumental song I was working on a few years ago on my hardrive and thought it was lost. I wanted to ask you guys if you could assist me in the direction that this ong should take, or what to change/add would also be helpful.
Please excuse the bad recording as it was done on an old Tascam portastudio and we had problems with tone, clarity, etc so please forgive me.
If anyone wants to do a collab on this I would be interested and offer some money towards completing this tune.
Any thoughts/comments greatly appreciated!

It's the slowest song i heard here, and noisy too.
don't wanna be rude but my opinion is delete this and record everything again.
