Help needed with this song...

Hi all

I need your help with this song I made. I made it for a girl and to me it reminds a lots of good memories. I need to finish it ASAP because its almost her birthday and this is supposed to be "the" gift . Can you point out if there's something awfully wrong etc. Theres some strange warbling on the guitars but ignore that because I'm going to rerecord them tomorrow (or 2morrow)
