Help with FTP downloads please !!

Hey

Just today i tried downloading some tracks from the FTP server (thanks Gavin by the way) I really wanted to get the Thrice tracks but i cant seem to find them so if anyone has them.......

Anyway, i downloaded a few tracks from the FTP and i downloaded the Lacuna Coil ones from the other web-site. All tracks are .wav but i cant get any of them to play in Windows Media Player or Quicktime ? It keeps saying "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file." I know it can play wavs so anyone know what i can do ??

Don't use Windows Media Player.

Seriously, save yourself some trouble and play them in something else.

Thanks. I was going to import them into Sonar when i got home but i wanted to listen to them at work where all i had was Windows Media Player and Quicktime. Didnt think about the 24-bit files. Thanks for sorting it out. It was bugging me

WTF? Quicktime reads 24 bit files here.
